Abstract
The managing and use of demolished aggregate in new construction provides environmental benefits by utilizing waste materials in construction fields. This research investigates the technical viability of construction and demolished waste (CDW) aggregates for base course layers in road construction. Various tests were conducted on recycled aggregates composed of asphalt mix, concrete, and ceramic waste to evaluate their performance compared to natural aggregates. Results demonstrate that CDW can be satisfactorily used for road base course construction when properly processed and free from contaminants.
