Too many students complete serious, mentored research and never share it with the world. JPCR was founded to change that. We provide a rigorous, credible publication avenue for pre-collegiate researchers who are ready to contribute to real academic discourse -- not just earn a credential, but add something worth reading.
Every paper submitted to JPCR is evaluated on the quality of its ideas and methodology. Your school, country, and background do not factor into review.
