Abstract
Human development has been a focused subject for centuries, with epistemology expressing the prime role of knowledge. This paper examines two contrasting philosophical approaches: transcendentalism, which emphasizes subjective intuition over objective empiricism, and transhumanism, which seeks to transform human conditions through technology. The intensive interface of humans with emerging technologies has generated a digitally connected yet socially isolated generation, representing knowledge abuse rather than use. This paper attempts to determine the true knowledge pathway that enables humans to achieve self-reliance and self-contentment.
