Abstract
This study theoretically reviews changing trends in worker demographic profiles through the lens of X, Y, and Z generational cohorts. The research reveals significant diversity between generational classes, presenting organizations with both competitive advantages through varied talents and skills, and conflict tendencies due to differences in value systems. The study identifies generational-friendly policies and strategies—including acceptance of cohort uniqueness, rapid knowledge transfer, diversity receptiveness training, and synergy initiatives—as essential for transforming generational differences into competitive advantages. The conclusion emphasizes that managers must recognize the unique abilities inherent in each generational class for successful organizational goal attainment.
