Abstract
Family planning is essential for maternal and child health and population control. This cross-sectional study assessed knowledge, attitudes, and practices of family planning among 245 married women in Ali Raza Abad, Pakistan. Results showed poor overall knowledge (mean 2.01 ± 0.91), positive attitudes (mean 2.46 ± 0.89), and poor practices (mean 2.60 ± 0.73). Most participants lacked basic information about contraceptive methods despite awareness. Health education and improved spousal communication are critical to increase family planning adoption.
