Abstract

This study examines how knowledge management processes—specifically knowledge creation and knowledge sharing—enable innovation capability in high-technology industries. Through a qualitative case study of Huawei's 5G technology implementation in Morocco, semi-structured interviews with project team members were analyzed using grounded theory methodology. The research reveals that behavioral factors including motivation, trust, learning culture, collaboration, and leadership facilitate the linkage between knowledge management processes and innovation capability. Additional factors identified include recognition and work appreciation, openness to change, communication skills, and a sense of belonging. The paper proposes a conceptual model demonstrating how knowledge creation and sharing processes interact with individual behavioral factors to enhance technological innovation capability in organizations.
