Evaluation of the Level of Infrastructural Development in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria

This paper examined the level of development of infrastructural facilities in Ado Ekiti using data from five selected areas: Odo-Ado, Ajilosun, Adebayo, Housing, and Olorunda Areas. A structured questionnaire was administered to 125 respondents. Findings revealed that infrastructural facilities in the study area are of average standard, with unequal access and geographic disparities. The study recommends government investment in infrastructure development, proper facility location and distribution, and award of projects to competent contractors.
