Abstract

Currently educational organizations seek improvements in knowledge delivery through advanced learning systems. Growth in Information Technology significantly affects changes in higher education, particularly through E-Learning systems. This research investigates how E-Learning systems improve teaching and learning processes at universities. The study examined the Lahore School of Nursing at the University of Lahore, Pakistan. Developed E-Learning systems were tested by developers and users and assessed for functionality. Results show that teaching and learning processes can be improved by integrating well-designed E-Learning systems with precise interfaces and platforms. The system demonstrated strong user acceptance through testing. The study concludes that the developed E-Learning system is competent for implementation in nursing schools, provided the necessary infrastructure is in place to support deployment.
