Design of line Twin and its Implementation

This work focuses on designing a digital twin for a physical production line within an industrial setting. The digital twin creates a virtualized representation of a line synchronized with real-time data from physical assets in the cloud. Key functionality includes calculating Line OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) based on connected machines and underlying infrastructure. The system enables remote monitoring of shop floor product development and improved customer communication regarding order status. The proposed solution is applicable across various organizational types and demonstrates enhanced visibility into production processes.
